HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY COMMUNICATION WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS AND LECTURERS (WRITTEN BY NOR BANU MUSTAPHA)

Communication is important for us to get what we want, to explain thing, to ask about something and to get to know people. there a few things that we can use when we are communicate with people, family , members and our lectures !!!  :) i'll give u some tips to improve our communication with them .

Be honest !!! 

Some people have never been very open to others in their life. Heck, some people might not even know themselves, or know much about their own real needs and desires. But to be in a relationship is to take a step toward opening up your life and opening up yourself. Little lies turn into big lies. Hiding your emotions behind a cloak of invincibility might work for you, but won’t work for most others. Pretending everything is alright isn’t alright. And giving your partner the silent treatment is about as useful as a fish with a bicycle. In the desert. At night. These things may have “worked” for you in the past, but they are all barriers to good communication. Being open means talking about things you may have never talked about with another human being before in your life. It means being vulnerable and honest with your partner, completely and unabashedly. It means opening yourself up to possible hurt and disappointment. But it also means opening yourself up to the full potential of all a relationship can be.

listen !!! 

always stop and listen to what they wanna say to you , always be there when there are talking to u, listen to them and always be a good listener to them , always support them and trying to help them when they have a problem. u need to know what they want and try to deal with it..is not always about u. so is how u communicate with them, sometime u just have to listen to others voices as well. so no misunderstanding or heart feeling happen and your relationship is save.

confident !!! 

we must always confident when we a communicate with someone , we must have a good atitude and talk with full of spirit, we have to communicate with more confident , what i mean is u must give your words and point your view so that they can accept what u try to say or try to do and u also can give them a great expectation to them. but dont feel to much confident it will be a negative side then. 

sometime being in our society u need to be polite because Malaysia is really stick to society. so as a Muslim we also have some rule in communication..so just turn to that then u'll be in good communication too. ^_^

 

 

 

 

 

 

HOW CAN YOU BE A BETTER PERSON IN FUTURE (WRITTEN BY NOR BANU MUSTAPHA)

wooowww !!! that's is what i taught before , how can we be a better person in the future ??? well, i wish to be a better person form now on and for a future..there's a few step of how to be a better person in the future :)) 


Firstly, we can spend time with our family, it is a truly experience for u , spend quality time with your family such as doing something like go to holiday or camping. go far away from the T.V can help you go into the minds and hearts of your loved ones, allowing you to help them with any problems they may be experiencing and getting to genuinely know them. Studies have shown that children that eat dinner as a family are less likely to do drugs, alcohol, or be depressed. Just fifteen minutes a day with family can deeply help everyone involved. i think thats a totally a good thing that i can do . :)), 

then , secondly i want to finish my studies ,There are so many opportunities that i missing out on if i refrain from getting a formal education. Job opportunities will be opened up, i will gain respect from colleagues, along with the bonus asset that i become more intelligent. It is never too late to go to school. after i finish my studies , i want to be a business women , i want to open a restorans in the future , i want to find a money for my family for the recompese of support me for my studies and others. then , i want to stay active everytime !!! ,because i want to look young and always look nice infront of people , well , i thing thats is important for me ;) , then i want to be healthy and fit bacause it's allows you to perform more tasks with ease and precision. 


thee other step that i thing it can be use to be a better person is think before we speak , well , this is important to, if we dont speak well, people will hate us and we will have no friends , maybe ;O , hihihi  ,so , we must speak politely with all of people. A good listener tends to be a good person, and trust from others will follow. When we have the power of someones trust, do not take it for granted. Use this trust, to help people better themselves.:)) , then , we can make a change in our life to ,try to change slowly, we can be a better person in the future , Try one new behavior at a time. You cannot become a better person overnight. It is a process. You should change your habits and your mind will follow. A habit forms and breaks with one month.  ,then do the thing that you love to do !  ,for me i love to shops! arghhh ! i really love to go shopping with my friends and my family , i will look for some clothes , pants , or something like thats , hahaha , owwhhh ,dont forgot i like to eat too .i thing thats all for me on how to be a better person in future.

Assalamualaikum uolss..

today i am really excited about ma blog's new look..i mean if u can see that i really put an effort doing it. it really complicated playing with code and HTML . so this is what i actually did, and i think is cute and is not to messy and i guess is work out !!!

so, tomorrow is thursday and my college will be celebrate eid! n of course i have practice with iki and others for him promotion's day coming soon, it will be ohsem ! we gonna do a fashion show, wearing hills n it gonna have catwalk.! yay ! am gonna be one of his models. so watch me !!! ^_^

i have 2 or 3 final project that am doing right now which is, english drama for HSP sub, i have promotion's day and a presentation for HIE sub and also few assg for PMK sub and i kinda worried about PEC sub. bcoz ma lec is deliver a bby and she is in break . so we still dont have a replacement lec for that sub. and i donno what to do actually., is like a HSp have a  new lec bcoz my 1st lec is going to HAJI but PEC is a tough sub. it kill every student and they dont have a lec for it??? i have no idea about it! is been like before we even sit for a midterm exam. so this is Suck !!!

whatever..

erm..my place is been upside down. u know we have a few misunderstanding with each other. and i think we just being selfish!! is not like normal place right now.we need to watch everything. from wash dishes to moping floor and rubbish and every thing every where. it felt yuck !! cant be comfortable in our own house. i just can breath perfectly only in my room..so that why i spend all my time after clazz at my room. no sosial at all..only with my friends but in downstairs..uh uh!i just go to kitchen or washing machine ONLY! sigh *
i guess it is for the best!

ouh i just know something that make me shock for a while. u know i use to have a close friends and now we like dont know each other. but the suck thing about it is when we hate the same gal and i dunno she hate that gal bcoz she is ma friend at the moment or she just acting or stuff. but when we are fight she just close with that gal. shit right.. all the time we share story and anything about stuff and now i dunno if she talk about me  with that gal or anything but seeing her close is definitely make me think that she is person we cant trust. i felt like been betrayed on 1st side and i think is not my business anymore on the other side. i dunno maybe is a good thing we dont fight to anyone but when we know the story and we like be friend with that gal nope actually to be close friend ????..is out of question. i just hoping all the best for her. even she is not my close friend and we do not talked to each other anymore. am glad that i know real her earlier.

what i hold now is. be nice to people. just step aside from people business and just live my life. i know how it feel to be hurt by the one we care and i dont wanna feel that again..

but life is ok..one or two go..it replace with lots of people who care. so am grateful that i have a good friends and i hope they happy being with me too.. ^_^

in meantime, i have lots of extra time (i actually have time???) Haha. so i decide it i wanna play a guitar..is been all along to have some kind of excitement playing a guitar.. watching people play it and i really excited so now i think i will learn it and i hope that i will not give up coz its really tough !! urghhh..

am dead !

hye guys..whassup? am seyesli dead guys. am just like egg that ma mom going to cook! sh*t . well i supposedly do a commercial advertisement, and the 1st due date is like next week. and am kinda planning and have an idea to do it, but after a day , ma lec said that the due date will be on this Thursday and i was like..wat?? r u kidding me?.n the best thing is i forgot to bring ma handycam!! waoo..seyesli it was like a nightmare and who shoot a commercial advertisement using a phone? n i was thinkg of do it tomorow bcoz i already look for the model and i hope it will be smooth .

so, i really have a blurr mind ryt now. n i kinda of worried about tomorrow and i hope it will b worth it. i really put some effort this time. and tomorow is really bz day, i got a meetg with director tomorow. is not ma mistake anyway. dis collge management was suck !!! wat a bad luck!

HOW TO BE A GOOD PUBLIC SPEAKER . O_o

Assalamualaikum guyss..

hye there..this is my second entry for hsp sub O_o..so i make it fast ^_^. before that, today is Thursday. i already done with my midterm ! today's exam totally suck ! i dont even know what i wrote. wateva ! so our topic today is How to be a good public speaker?. honestly i have no idea about this, what i know just what i do in college. i mean presentation in college and so on. i think i also got in few competitions but only in college so what can i say is the first thing u need is knowledge, whatever issues or topics that u need to talk u need to have knowledge about it. do your homework. dont just take the title and talk nonsense. it will show your weaknesses. so knowledge is important not only just for presentation or as a public speaker but for life. u will be more confident when u know about thing !!!

so the second point is related to 1st point which is confident level. for a newer of course they will be a pressure or nervous much when u want to talk in front of people. so what u can do is try to relax and take a deep breath ! just think that they just a bunch of kids sit down and listen to your story. so confident level is different for me and u. so u will see some people can speak without fear but others like they wanna go to the war. Haha . is not that the person who can speak bravely is not nervous but they hide it and control it ! so here i give some tips to control or hide your nervous much except that what i told u earlier. what i do is try to act cool and just speak like you speak with your friends. it actually according to your situation. if it some kind of formal thing u will talk so put some formal language but if it just a normal situation take it as chatting with a friends. i mean lots of friends, Haha . well ma light is distracted me, Haha. i have some "RAYA" light in ma bedroom. and it just "lip lap lip lap". it is so cute because it is pink ! which is my favorite colour.  and when we turn off the light it just like a stars but in pink and it round of my bed ! yay !! OK then we continue.Haha.. i just mention the light because i just bought it yesterday ! Haha . and i kinda excited. i show u the picture of it later ok ! ? other tip is hold ur hand together. it avoid u from touch your body while u in the middle of the speech, am not usually doing it but it help. or u can just play with your hand by doing like u were explain the situation also can help u. next is say "Bismillahirahmanirrahim" . for me this word is to ask Allah my god to save me and to make sure i do well. actually u can make it as habits . if am not mistaken there a song that song from my favorite Nasyid group Raihan that say "dimulakan dengan bismilllah diakhiri dengan alhamdullilah" which mean start with bismillah and end with alhamdullilah. that's mean we as a muslim should say it everytime we wanna start doing something, not only for a speech also when u do anything. so i hope my tips is something usefull to u guyss..

ok then, the other thing u can do to be a good public speaker is practice. in every things u do. do it again and again and it make u do better. so same goes to this, just practicing. in front of the mirror or your friends or whatever or whenever u feel comfort with. it doesn't matter as long as u can improvise your skills. 

i think my FB is distracting me now by writing more about this (actually im out of ideas)  Haha. so i stop here. and another 2 entries is doing by my partner . NOR BANU BINTI MUSTAPHA which the title are how can you be a better person in life which i think is nice thing to talk about and the other one is  how can i improve my communication with my family, friends and lecturers. so see you soon..enjoy the pictures...

i just wondering , when we are kids whenever we saw or know our friends doing bad thing we gonna tell their parent..
but now we be the one who cover for them !

HOW CAN STUDENT IMPROVE THEIR BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE !!!

Assalamualaikum guys.
ok this entry is for my lecturer. she is dying to make us do a blog entry which the topics is sooooooooooooo boring ! opss. Haha . ok today is ma second midterm, while waiting for my exam i think i finish up the 1st entry which is..wait!? where is ma task again? RAWWRRR.. ok here we go..

The 1st entry is " How can student improve their basic knowledge in English language"?? so how can i or u or OK u too can improve our knowledge about English??? i'm not so sure but what can i say it according to my personal opinion or what i do is watch lots of English movie.. i mean nowadays MELAYU don't make a great movie so i definitely go for a English movie..i don't know why Malay people don't know how to make a good movie. i mean if u watch scary movie..is not that scary ..it full with stupid joke or whatsoever..full of RAJALAWAK or MEGALAWAK or LAWAK people..i don't get it..it's suppose to be a scary movie..but it really different in English scary movie.. for example.. the new movie on cinema right now THE POSSESSION.. trust me..i never watch it again.. OK what the H**L am rumbling. what i try to say is watch English movie or u know stuff like that.. it will make us know new word in different situation so u will learn a lot. but don't just watch and see the subtitle.. coz lots of people watch a English movie but just read the subtitle..is just wastedddddddd..

OK the next things u can do is give a English song to your lover..auwww that's sweeettt !!!! when u wanna give your lover love song or stupid song in English. so automatically u must know the meaning of the words right ? so look for the meaning and the meantime remember it. is just a simple thing to do and make it more excited even with your love one..hik3 am sure ma lecturer will go ballistic when she read this..and say why she always use a love thing kind of stuff..HAHA. I HAVE NO IDEA??!!! Haha. it just a fun way to basically improve our English right ? (not our lecturer) Haha . is for the young people like me ! or easy way is student.  ^_^ what can i conclude is teenagers or Y generation is always talk about love.. or think about it because they might think they are adult now and they can do thing like love because we in the college and no one can say something about it. u know when we are in high school we always being provoke by "don't fall in love now u can meet lots of people in uni . right now is time for u to study"..hehe so that is why..then parent will not blame us again..kih3 please give a W** face to me right now.. Haha.

when i started rumbling i lost the topics AGAIN !. OK, back to the issue right now,  u can also improve by talk everyday..in ENGLISH yess!!! this is my experience. u can do it too, ok when i started study at Linton Uni College..it is an international college at Mantin known as Legenda College. i have variety of friends . u named it! Nigerian? chines? Indian? Arabian? n so on. what we use is.... English everyday.. even the lecturers is outsider . so i have this 2 BFF. she is Nigerian and Zimbabwe . or u can say is African . what i try to say is, they kind of improve my English why ??? . because everyday i hang out with them. chilling, partying or shopping together. and i speak English all the time . at 1st ..yaa..it kind of difficult to speak faster but when u speak all the time day and night. u became DAMN good ! trust me. so that why when people ask where did i learn to speak like that? i said practice make perfect right? heee.. ^_^

okies,,,the last thing that i can think right now to make our basic English good is u need to have a passion.. passion is when u like something. u feel complete when u do it. it can be anything. so u need to like english before u can major it. if u are forcing it u maybe can achieve it but i don't think it will be easy. it will have lots of fun if u like what u do. so same here with English. u need to have passion or if u think it hard, think it other way. say positive things. like English, or right now they have segment in TV. Oh My English!!! 0_O. watch that. even i watch it with my sisters if i back home ! it is a fun way to learn it,.

almost one now..i got PHR exam on 2.30.. huarghhhh,,,sleeppppyyyy.. need a take a nap for a little while. so i cut it right here for now,,see u in other 3 article about thisss stuff ! sh*T.. HAha. ouh if u notice i dint do much a short fon. ! haha u know why !!! haha. ouh btw for ma LECTURER while u are reading this, u can be my follower as well.. haha AM A CELEBRITY ! LOL !
